A damage deposit of EUR50 per person is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on checkout. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests must provide the credit card used to make the booking upon arrival. The cardholder name must coincide with the guest name on the booking. From June 15th to September 15th, checkin takes place at RENTALMAR, at Carles Buigas Street, 40, Salou, 43840. Reception is open from 09:30 to 13:30 and 16:00 to 20:00. Outside these times and during the rest of the year, checkin takes place at RENTALMAR located at NavarraStreet, 2, Salou. Please note that parties are not allowed at the property. Excessive noise after 23:00 is not allowed. When booking more than 4 units, special conditions and additional supplements may apply. Pets up to 10 kg are allowed upon request and for a supplement of EUR 6 per day. Bed linen is provided. Cleaning is not offered during the stay and apartments must be left clean. Arrivals outside reception business hours must complete a registration form and pay the full amount at least 48 hours before arrival, and there is an extra fee. The keys can then be collected from a key box at the office at any time.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
