Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Bed linen is provided. A cleaning service is not provided and apartments are cleaned before arrival. Reception is open 24 hours from 1 June until 30 September and until 20:00 for the rest of the year. Guests must contact Los Peces if they expect to arrive outside reception opening times. If you are not the owner of the credit card used to make the reservation, please contact the property in advance. When booking more than 4 units, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Arrivals outside reception business hours must complete a registration form and pay the full amount at least 48 hours before arrival, and there is an extra fee. The keys can then be collected from a key box at the office at any time. A damage deposit of EUR50 per person is required on arrival with a minimum of EUR200 per apartment.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
