For key collection after office opening hours are a special safes with security code. This service is for free but is subjected to payment upfront. Please note security deposit payed by credit card carries a surcharge of 3 EUR. Please note that late check-in has the following extra charges: From 19:00 to 22:00: EUR 60 After 22:00 to 24:00 EUR 100 Check-in on bank holidays and Sundays carries a EUR 60 surcharge. Bathroom towels are not included but can be rented on site for a supplement of EUR 3. Alternatively guests can bring their own. Check-ins are made at our office between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday. In case of late arrival or arrival on a Saturday, keys are delivered through a mailbox. But to obtain the mailbox code you must have paid for the entire stay, as well as the deposit, have filled out everyone's ID numbers (babies included) and have signed the contract. Once all that is done, you will be sent the code and the mailbox number to recover the keys. This check-in method must be scheduled at least 8:00 a.m. before arrival.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
